Returns Policy

  • The product that is been purchased from & if you are not happy with the product, you can return it within 5 days from the date of delivery of product.
  • You are eligible to Return / Exchange product within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The product that we receive in returns must be unused, for e.g. (item shouldn’t be worn, damaged, washed or altered) we’ll also not accept the return goods if they are not in original packaging (including: polybag used, tags on products, etc.).
  • Include the packing slip of your original order while you send back any return.
  • Send us the return products shipment tracking details such as (Courier Company Name, Date of Courier, Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and the Courier Receipt scan copy to, do not forget to include the Order ID in the Email Subject Line.
  • Any products that are returned & if they do not follow our guidelines will not be processed, hence no credit will be issued.

On a very special note, it is we who take final decisions on returns that are subject to Shopon365’s discretion, none of the process will move further without emailing the return courier receipt.

If you intend to Replace / Return any product, please provide return form sample copy with the product.
