How do I sign up to shop on www.SHOPON365.com?

For availing services at SHOPON365.com, signup is necessary but the process is very simple:

·Visit www.SHOPON365.COM

·Click on ‘Register’ on the top-right of the page.

·Enter your details and click on ‘Register’.

·You will receive an email from SHOPON365 to verify your email address.

·Once you click on the link in email your account will be verified and you can use services provided by www.SHOPON365.com

Why does SHOPON365 ask to verify email?

At SHOPON365, your E-Mail Address is your account identity. We send information related to your orders and transactions through E-Mail, so it is important that we have your correct E-Mail address. You will need a verified E-Mail address for the following reasons:

·Whenever you forget your login details like password, we send verification details to your registered E-Mail address.

·If someone else tries to transact through your account, we send a notification to your registered E-Mail address.

·If you want to change your email address or mobile number, you can easily change by clicking on Edit Your Personal Information.

How can I change my password?

Please do not share your password with anyone, not even with someone claiming to be from SHOPON365. For changing password:

·Visit www.SHOPON365.COM

·Go to your account in the top-right corner and click on ‘Your Name’.

·Click on ‘Change Password’, enter the details and click ‘Save’.

·Your password will be updated.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Do not panic, resetting your password is easy:

· Visit www.SHOPON365.COM

·Click on ‘Log In’ on the top-right corner of the page.

·Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on login page.

·Enter your registered email and click on Continue.

·Click on the link that you have received in your registered Email Address.

·Enter the ‘New Password’ details and click on ‘Continue’.

·Your password will be updated.

How do I add or change my email address?

·Login to www.SHOPON365.COM

·Click on Edit your personal Information.

·Change your Email Address.

 

 

How do I change my mobile number?

·Login to www.SHOPON365.COM

·Click on Edit your personal Information.

·Change your Email Address.

 

Order Tracking And Delivery


How can I check my order status?

àYou can check you order status in order history which is displayed at the bottom of the order.


How do I know my order is confirmed?

àAt SHOPON365 all the orders are confirmed after 6Hrs from the time of purchase made.


Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

àYou cannot change your address once the order is placed. We request you to input correct address at the time of order placement.


Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

àAt present we don’t have that facility available.


Why is there a delivery date range?

àMost of our orders get delivered within a day or two across India. We give a delivery date range to show you the maximum days in which your item will be delivered. Check the status of the order by clicking Track Order below.


Which courier will deliver my item?

àWe use a network of trustworthy courier partners based on their speed to pick your item from the seller and deliver it to your destination.


Are there shipping and delivery charges for my order?

àShipping and delivery charges may apply based on the item you have purchased, the price and your location.


What if my package is opened/tampered with?

àIf you feel that your package was opened/tampered at the time of delivery, please don't accept delivery.


Why did I receive a partial order?

àThis could be because:

·         You have a single order with many items, that could have been shipped separately

·         You only have a single item order.

Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable. What next?

àDon't worry, we'll call you to check when you are available to accept the delivery. Our courier will also try to attempt to deliver your order over next 2 days. In case you're unable to respond to our calls, you can submit your delivery preference on My Orders.


The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

àCheck with your neighbour/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, write to us at care@shopon365.com


Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

àSellers could be located in different locations. We want your items to reach you at the earliest, so we ship them separately.


Can I schedule the delivery of my order per my availability?

àYes you can. Our courier will call you when your order is out for delivery. Please let him know if you wish to reschedule.


What happens to undelivered orders?

àWe attempt delivery many times. If undelivered, we will initiate refund.


Do you ship internationally?

àNo at this point we don’t ship outside INDIA.


Can I cancel my replacement request?

àNo problem. If you change your mind, you can refuse the pickup of your item.


Return an Order




How can I return an item?

àClick on "Return" below and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact.

 

Will SHOPON365 pick up the item I want to return?

àYes, we will pick your item up. In case we are unable to pick it up, you can courier it to us and we will immediately reimburse it to your Wallet. All you need to do is provide the airway bill/courier receipt to care@shopon365.com

 

 

What is SHOPON365's 2 Days Easy Returns Policy?

àOur 2 Days Easy Returns Policy allows you to return your item within 2 days of delivery.

 

Do I also need to return the free gift when I return an item?

àYes you will also have to return the free gift that you have received.

 

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

àMost items are eligible for return, except:

·         Used/washed/soiled items

·         Items returned without original packing, price tags, accessories, etc.

·         Inner-wear/sleepwear/socks/handkerchief

·         Items which are part of combos/sets

·         Personal care and beauty/baby care/makeup/fragrance

·         Watches

How can I cancel my order?

àYou can cancel the order from Your order History.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

àIf you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if SHOPON365 cancels your order, we will refund your money back to your wallet.

 

How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled?

àYou will be refunded within 24Hrs from the time of cancellation of your order. The Money will be credited to your Wallet.

 

Can I cancel part of my order?

àNo you cannot cancel part of your order.

 

Can I cancel my order any time before delivery?

àYes you can cancel your order within 6Hrs from the time of order placement.

 

Why can't I cancel a particular item?

àThe option to cancel an order will automatically hide after 6Hrs from your order time, i.e. when the orders is considered as confirmed.

When can I expect refund for my returned item?

àYou will be created with the total amount to your wallet within 24 Hrs once your products is received.

 

What are the different modes of refund available?

àAt this time the refund is made to your wallet.

 

When can I expect refund for my cancelled order?

àCancelled Orders will be refunded within 24Hrs from the time of cancellation.

 

I have not received the reimbursement of my courier charges. What do I do?
